Evergreen Urgent Care just opened its doors to the public on January 3rd 2017.

We can help with your urgent care needs. And with same-day and walk-in appointments, we're here when you need us. Our professional and caring staff are trained to provide a wide range of services for patients ages 6 years and older.

URGENT CARE

Urgent care services are available when an unexpected illness or injury arises. Our highly skilled and experienced staff can help get you back on your feet quickly. We can assist with a wide variety or urgent medical needs.

We are a group of physician's, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners that are committed to providing convenient, efficient, and patient-friendly care. We are committed to treating you with the same respect, compassion and dignity that we ourselves would expect.

Quality Medical Care, Simplified Billing

We are in-network providers with most major insurances.

Today there is an extensive list of insurance plans and products available on the market. Although we can't accept Medi-Cal, we are able to work with the vast majority of plans. We do not do worker's compensation medical care at this time. If you have specific questions, don't hesitate to call our office for specific question.
